• Do I need WiFi or an account to play?

  No. The G11 Pro works straight out of the box: connect the HDMI cable and the power, turn it on and play. No WiFi, no account, no subscription.

  The same applies to the 3GX console.

• How many games are included?

  The G11 Pro comes with over 50,000 preinstalled games from 50+ classic consoles. The 3GX handheld comes with over 15,000 preinstalled games. You can check if your favorites are on the G11 Pro in the full game list.

• How do I find a game?

  You can search for it on our website in the full game list (G11 Pro only), or directly on the console once you receive it. Games are sorted by console, and a built-in search lets you find any game by typing its name.

• Do the games lag? Do they all run smoothly?

  All games have been selected and optimized to run smoothly, with no lag, on both the G11 Pro and the 3GX.

• Can I save my progress?

  Yes. You can save any game at any time and pick up right where you left off.

• How many people can play at the same time?

  On the G11 Pro, up to 4 players. When you order, you choose between 1 and 4 wireless controllers, so you can play solo or with up to 3 friends.

  The 3GX handheld also supports multiplayer: connect two or more 3GX consoles and play together.

• G11 Pro or 3GX: which console should I choose?

  The G11 Pro plugs into your TV and is made for playing together on the big screen. The 3GX is a handheld console to play anywhere: on the couch, in bed or on the go.

• How long does delivery take?

  Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and delivered in 3 to 8 business days. You receive a tracking link by email.

• What if I'm not satisfied?
